- Representatives of each member department were accounted for: Bangor, Blount County RS, Blountsville, Cleveland, Dallas/Selfville, Holly Springs, Locust Fork, Mount High, Murphree Valley, Nectar, Oneonta, Pine Mountain, Remlap, Ricetown, Royal, Snead, Straight Mountain, Summit, Susan Moore, West Blount.
- Representatives of each member department not present: Allgood, Brooksville, Rosa
- Associate members present: EMA, Forestry, Special Ops, BREMSS, Blount EMS
- Associate Members not present: STV-Blount, Law Enforcement, State FM Office Lifesaver, RAMS, Survival Flight, Red Cross, District Attorney, AL Fire College.

Old Business
· June Fling is June 11th Station 80, 92 will work the morning session and Station 5, 8 will work the afternoon session
· Chris Hill ask to order items for the June Fling for $750 Motion: Jon Head 2nd: John Milstead
· June 20th and 24th Jeremy Peek from Straight Mountain Fire is getting SEMs Fire Protection to come out and test any departments hose, ladder and truck that needs it.
Committee Reports
Chairman
· HCA Grants are due by May 31st
EMA
- Fuelman Report – We have used $55,077.93 of our $60,000 budget so far
- Fuel Receipts are due each Monday.
- EMA is working to update plans this month
- Anniston is doing a Train the Trainer May 16th-20th
- May 11th is the planning meeting at the Little Brick Church in Oneonta
911
· Ambulance contract is published on the 911 website
· 75% of the work is done on sites now
Training
· Oneonta will have the AFC props June 6th-15th
· Fire Investigator I will be July 11th
· Oneonta will have an open testing site May 28th
· Burn Camp is June 13th-17th
· Southeast Chiefs conference in June 21st-23rd in Mobile
· Annual Training will be in June the week after Fire Camp
Fire Prevention
· 258 personals have been trained this year
· 2196 people have applied for smoke alarms, 276 have been installed
Forestry
· Be patient with response times
Special Ops
· A new door has been installed on the Jr Firefighter Camp trailer
BREMSS
· The new EMS rules are the BREMSS website if you need them
· The 10th edition protocols have been pushed out to everyone
Blount EMS
· EMSA link will remain open
· Blount EMS is hosting a Advanced EMT class starting May 23rd
Jr. FF Camp
· Ledbetter will send out an email to all the instructors that have helped in the past to see if they are interested in helping again this year.
· June 7th-10th is the camp
