Attendance
•    Representatives of each member department were accounted for: Allgood, Bangor, Blount Cnty RS, Blountsville, Brooksville, Cleveland, Dallas/Selfville, Holly Springs, Locust Fork, Mount High, Murphree Valley, Nectar, Oneonta, Pine Mountain, Remlap, Ricetown, Rosa, Royal, Snead, Straight Mountain, Summit, Susan Moore, West Blount.
•    Associate members present: EMA, 911/COMMS, Special Ops, BREMSS, Blount EMS, Forestry, State FM Office, Coroner, VOAD.
•    Associate Members not present: Forestry, STV-Blount, Law Enforcement, Lifesaver, RAMS, Survival Flight, Red Cross, District Attorney, AL Fire College.

Previous Meeting Minutes
•    Motion to Accept:  Steven Tuck
•    2nd Motion to Accept: Heath Stockton
•    Minutes were approved with no objections

Financial Reports
•    Motion to Accept: Billy Glass
•    2nd Motion to Accept: Mel Wade
•    Reports was approved with no objections

Old Business
•     June Fling is June 11, 2022, be deciding if you want to volunteer to help.
•    Financial Reports & Truck Checkoffs due at March Meeting
Committee Reports
EMA
•    Fuelman Report – We have used 63% of our annual budget
•    Fuel Receipts are due each Monday.
•    School Drills are about to finish up
•    Anniston is doing a Train the Trainer May 16th-20th
911
•    Still working on the Radio System
•    Tower Sites are set to be stood up in May
•    Texting is still delayed or missing
•    Ambulance contract
Training
•    Oneonta will have the AFC props June 6th-15th
•    Surface Class in May as a weekend class
•    Swift Class in late May as a weekend class
•    Southeast Chiefs conference in June in Mobile
•    Annual Training will be in June the week after Fire Camp

BREMSS
•    Instructor courses are online
•    10th edition protocols are online

Fire Marshall
•    Need to make sure homes have working smoke detectors

Coroner
•    Been a busy year so far, thank everyone for the help
Blount EMS
•    Advanced Class the week of May 30th this will be a Night class and in person
•    We don’t have to transport patients to the hospital of their choice
•    Asking for fire department members to please run calls
VOAD
•    Boys and Girls state is coming up at Troy, Selling raffle tickets for the box but they are going to donate the box.

Jr. FF Camp
•    Vanesa will match up to $500 on personal donations to the camp

•    Many Tornado sirens are not working

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned
The next meeting will be held on April 7th at Susan Moore with meal at 1830.
