- Representatives of each member department were accounted for: Allgood, Blount County Rescue Squad, Blountsville, Brooksville, Cleveland, Dallas/Selfville, Holly Springs, Locust Fork, Mount High, Murphree Valley, Nectar, Oneonta, Pine Mountain, Remlap, Ricetown, Royal, Snead, Straight Mountain, Susan Moore, and West Blount.
- Associate members present: EMA, 911/Comms, Special Ops, Blount EMS, and Coroner.

Chair’s Report
- Association dues, Financial Reports, & truck checkoffs are due by the March meeting.

EMA
- Fuelman Report - Our annual budget is $50,000. We spent $4,167 in January.
- If anyone is interested in an ICS 300 or ICS 400 class get with Don, this would be a 3-day class.
911
- The progress on the P25 radio transfer is slower than expected. Neal will meet with Motorola March 22nd to discuss.
- If anyone is interested in becoming a drone pilot for 911, please get with Neal.
- If you have any new hydrants in your coverage get the location coordinates to Neal ASAP.
Communications

Training
- Each fire department is required to have a minimum of 192 hours of training to meet ISO requirements.
- AFC has several classes posted, Oneonta Fire is also hosting several classes this year.
Fire Prevention
- The Billboard has been discontinued, but Dyar Signs has offered to have it moved around the county for 1 year for free.

Special Ops
- Have Surface Water Training April 19th – 21st, it is on the AFC website.
- Swift Water will take place after Surface Water for anyone who has taken Surface Water.
- Blount County Rescue Squad has a new under water drone that can now be used for underwater search and rescue.

- The Stroke plan has changed
Blount EMS
- EVOC refresher February 24th-26th at 0830
- If anyone misses the new ZOLL monitor training Blount EMS will host one March 2nd – 4th
- Anyone who needs to renew NREMT, only 6 weeks left to do this.

- Every 2nd Tuesday of the Month at 10AM & 1900hrs AFC will host a State Chief relevant events Zoom meeting from previous months.
